About Our Community Connections

Introduction

It takes a village to support and sustain human life. You likely have an A-team of supporters in your life.
Professionals, teachers (some non-human), friends, and family.
We are a part of your A-team helping you heal using the tools and techniques we have mastered.

Alison Punton, LMT

https://www.alisonpunton.com/

Alison uses bio-dynamic massage as a base for the work she does. Bio-dynamic massage is a combination of deep Swedish, myofascial release, and cranial therapy. It involves taking the time to warm up the tissue while being present with how the inner body is responding.

The work can fluctuate from light to deep and deep to light touch. There can be periods of sustained pressure and periods of large inclusive movement. The focus is to help the receiver’s body guide in the healing process. Her role is to be attentive and supportive as the layers of muscles and inner tissues unwind to create a healthier environment.
